How long does it take to charge the Styletto IX completely?
A full charge takes about four hours.
Is it possible to charge faster if I don’t have time to wait for a full charge?
Yes. Only 30 minutes of charging allows for an additional 5.5 hours of use.
Can I directly stream phone calls and/or music to my Styletto IX hearing aids?
Yes, you can use direct audio streaming from iOS (Apple) devices that support the “made-for-iPhone (MFi)” hearing aid standard, as well as certain Android devices that support the ASHA standard, with Styletto AX devices. The StreamLine Mic accessory allows audio streaming from other mobile devices (Android smartphones without ASHA, older Apple devices, PCs, laptops, and other Bluetooth mobile devices).
Can I send audio from my TV to my IX hearing aids?
Yes, using the StreamLine TV accessory, you can stream directly from your TV to all IX hearing aids.
How do I make changes to my Styletto IX hearing aids?
Styletto AX hearing aids can be controlled remotely using the Signia app, which is free to download onto your smartphone, or with the small and simple miniPocket remote control.
